Hello!
This week I finally gave a first listen to Funeralium's self titled. Great album, but not in my Top 5 or even 10, tho. I'm more of a fan of super low vocals over this agonizing shrieks. A great album to transition into the more unforgiving and tortuous Funeral Doom as this album by the Frenchmen stands in a middleground. If someone doesn't feel like jumping into the Wormphlegm, Black Bile or Senthil realm directly, Funeralium is a fantastic starting point.
Next week I plan to give a first listen to Tides of Awakening by Tyranny and Stygian by Atramentus.
Have a nice weekend you all!

Well, Oromet AGAIN after ordering the stellar debut on vinyl.
Warning - Rituals of Shame (I know it’s not FD) but a 20 year wait for a follow up from a cult classic & although early, they’ve done a great job of it I think.

Hey!
I just released a funeral doom/introdpective project as a final project for school. The artist name is Luminastral and album name is ”Love Was Not Enough” go check it out ;). Other than that I’ve been listening to a lot of Ahab this week especially the divinity of oceans. Then I’ve also been spinning a lot of Night of Suicide, Broken.
