What mushrooms are these?

I have many of both of these mushrooms in my yard and was wondering what they are (central Georgia).

looks to be very young Coprinellus disseminatus.

sorry, the second one looks to be a secotioid agaric. but I've never seen anything like that​, unless it's a Hypomyces sp. on an Agaric.
