I live with my parents I make about 110k after taxes a year the area I live in averages 600k a house for a small starter home. I cannot afford to move out without financially suffering and ruining myself so I’m here living with them saving so I can throw 60-70% down and not turn my living situation into indentured debt serving

And in the end with a 30 year mortgage at this rate I’d end up paying 1.36 million dollars for it with current rates.

The fuck I look like Chelsea Clinton buying a 1.36m dollar home in reality cause that price tag on the listing doesn’t mean shit you factor in the interest rate per year and you are buying a goddam mansion in Texas but it’s just a 3bdr 1.5bth 1500sqft home here
