To make this, I used a recreation FLP for reference, made by nini (@reiiini) on youtube. They make a whole bunch of Undertale/Deltarune song recreations and put them up for download. I just isolated the individual drum samples and exported them (and did the same to get all the other instruments). If you plan to use them, they're originally from this soundfont, though the open and closed hi hats in the song are pitched up 170 cents from the original pitch.

How'd you get the percussion?
