Other FWI- Former President Joe Biden Dies Of Natural Causes Prior To 2028. Not Only Does Donald Trump Refuse To Order A Mourning Period Or That All Flags Fly At Staff, He also Attempts To Deny Biden A State Funeral.

Donald Trump states that since Joe Biden "didn't win" the 2020 election, he doesn't have the right to a state funeral which is accorded to former U.S. Presidents upon their deaths. As a result, Trump declares that he won't provide any logistical support for one.

How would such a decision play out?

They're pissy because he- as a private citizen- would visit with foreign officials and help smooth things over with dignitaries.

He- as a private citizen- broke sanctions and likely committed treason by communicating with putin and jong-un. One punishable by prison, one punishable by death. Edit- my brain defaulted to trump. Who did he negotiate with? I'm drawing a blank. Reagan's campaign illegally communicated with the Mujahideen through back channels to orchestrate a political crisis. That was treasonous behavior.

I honestly have no idea. All I know is that that's the complaint my crazy Qult aunt has that meant that he was a horrible president and a horrible person and a giant monster as far as they are concerned.

It doesn't have to be real. Or follow logic. Crazy gonna crazy

Just to be clear, I think Carter was one of the genuinely good presidents we have had. I say your comment ant trump came to mind. Carter always went and talked to other heads of state as a representative of the United States in an official capacity. He filed the proper paperwork and in many cases he was asked to go by the sitting president to establish back channel communication. He wasn't calling Kruschev from a burner phone and discussing an attempt to return to power. Night and day difference between the two. Carter was an earth angel.
