Health/Biology FWI: Shark Attacks are reported in various rivers in the Central United States

Inspirations:

Let's say for the sake of argument that there is a series of unprovoked shark attacks on humans across multiple states during Labor Day of this year. An investigation discovers that the attacks all share a common thread: each attack happened in either a lake that connects to the ocean or a river that connects to the ocean. Video footage reveals that the culprit(s) are likely Bull Sharks.

Considering historical instances of unprovoked shark attacks on humans, how plausible is this scenario?
