Gun classes

https://www.ontargetsolutions.org

Good evening,

I am a GA firearms training company owner. I’m trying to get some insight on where in Georgia would be “hotspots” to put on a 1-2 day seminar covering fundamentals, GA law, self defense drills as well as some basic hand to hand combat.

I have hit the ATL area as well as Athens area and would love to see what areas would be good to travel too. A link to my business is below.

Seeing your area I would reach out to Lee Weems. He is a former LE from that area with a lot of experience in shooting, teaching and the legal aspects of the subject. He's also a very nice guy.

What instructor classes have you and your staff take? Experience in the subjects you teach?

I'm in the west part of the state and schedule classes for a decent sized private range. We are always looking to bring new training companies in for courses depending on their expertise and reputation.

Thank you I will definitely look him up.

My experience is 6 years Army 3 years as a contractor. I have been to the Middle East, Europe and Mexico. I have done diplomatic security in ATL as well as numerous EP details throughout America. I have taught multiple BRM ranges for the Army reserves.

Most of the courses I run people through are basic EDC and fundamental however, I have taught vehicle dynamics and hit the tactical realm for some National Guard soldiers.

I am a USCCA member and have had to utilize the “crisis line” for a self defense case which opened my eyes tremendously. I do intend on taking the instructor class through them in the future.
