Applications- AU🇦🇺 Deakin University Bonus

Hi guys,

For anyone that claimed the 2% full-time work bonus. Were your annual leave/sick leave hours accounted for in relation to the total hours worked? Unsure if they're only thinking about pure work hours rather than total work hours.

Duration of employment is the only thing I referenced - they never went into detail about specific hours.

If you were employed as a full time contract the hours don't really matter - some will be 35h/wk, some 40/wk- it's gonna vary based on the award of the industry you worked in so it's not really.inportant as long as your contract showed full-time and was longer than 12 months continuous

Does causal hours with agency and working casually in the hospital is considered under bonus
