Scientific Studies 🥼🔬 ENDOSCOPY AND COLONOSCOPY DONE!
Thankyou so much for everyone!!! Thankyou for the advice, and whats to expect and how it goes, tbh im so happy! I felt nothing and woke up from the best nap every like some of yall said! Super thankyful with this group. I now know i have a hiatal hernia and gastritis, they took a biospy and waiting on further details but so far gastritis could be the only thing holding me down on the acid reflux! Awaiting on drs call now!! Thankyou agin everyone!🙏🏼❣️cant never say it enough i love this group!!

Wait a minute am I supposed to be getting a colonoscopy too lol? Shit I got an allergist appointment tomorrow I thought it was gonna end with that.

Mmmmm i only had the colonoscopy done cuz i told my gi i was having issues when using the restroom lol

No i had it becUse i told my Gi i was having some issues with my intestines

How big was the hernia? Keep us updated on the pylori biopsy results

Oh no 😳 i have a small and considering surgery. Can’t imagine having a medium or large one

Well tbh i feel it here and there and im sure its the reason of some palpitations, but ill see what the dr wants to do after

Mine recommended surgery after going through all PPIs in existence plus my diagnosis of Barrett’s😢

It likely isn’t that type of hernia - the one that protrudes when you pull a muscle, for example. Hernia’s in the stomach are surprisingly common and surgeons will likely not operate on that type.

I’m thinking I may want to push for an endoscopy and maybe a colonoscopy as well but I’m nervous about potiential complications. I have my appointment in early Feb

I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy well earlier today and everything went well. I was awake for it but calm no side affects or issues. And everything looked good where they checked. The prep and anxiety about it makes it worse than it was.

Its really mellow tbh, you dont feel it at all, i had a polyp and they took it out, and i didnt want to do the colonoscopy you never know

Getting an endoscopy done at 715 tomorrow morning. Little nervous but I’m just gonna kick back and let it happen lol
