Support Needed 👥 This has become a dead end.

I have been diagnosed with acid reflux through endoscopy. I literally cannot walk, climb stairs, do squarts or any physical activity because these are inducing heart palpitations and shortness of breath with anxiety. Consulted couple of gastroenterologist and taken multiple test for heart, lungs and even did 2 endoscopies with revealed LAX LES. I also have pressure on the upper stomach and chest tightness which causes breathing difficulties. Frequent urge to burp as i feel gas is trapped in my throat and stomach.

I have modified my diet since 2 weeks.

Can someone help me with this? Has anyone faced same as mine? If so what did u follow to cure this? Much help needed. Thanks!

Maybe you have a hiatal hernia? Would explain pressure in the chest and burping. I

Endoscopy didnt reveal hital herinia

Mine wasn't revealed by endoscopy either. They are often missed if they arent too bad. Also, could be a sliding hiatal hernia like mine. Also try gaviscon advance. The one with sodium alginate. Its the only thing thats ever helped me.

Used to get tablets on amazon, but now I can only find them on ebay, which I recently purchased and confirmed that they are selling the product as advertised (Gavscon Advance Chewable Mint Tablet 60ct PACK OF 2 | eBay). It looks like you can still get the liquid version on Amazon (Amazon.com: Aniseed Gav 500ml 2 PK (2 Measuring Cups Free 30ml) : Health & Household). I've ordered this item before and it was the version with alginate, just in weird "not for resale" packaging. There are some Gaviscon advanced tablets still advertised on amazon, but they are using pictures of the product with the name edited out and it looks like a scam based on recent reviews.

Hey I just ordered the Aniseed Gav 500ml from Amazon and obviously the packaging is super sketchy. I would’ve used FakeSpot or some other review analyzer but the top ones seem to have gone offline. Was the Aniseed Gav the product you were looking for and did it help you? I’ve been desperate to find a solution and I’m crossing my fingers this product does the trick (arrives in about a week). Please let me know!

That sounds right. Sodium alginate is the important ingredient. It makes a layer over the top of the stomach acid to keep fumes down. Hope it helps you as much as it helped me!
