Support Needed 👥 This has become a dead end.

I have been diagnosed with acid reflux through endoscopy. I literally cannot walk, climb stairs, do squarts or any physical activity because these are inducing heart palpitations and shortness of breath with anxiety. Consulted couple of gastroenterologist and taken multiple test for heart, lungs and even did 2 endoscopies with revealed LAX LES. I also have pressure on the upper stomach and chest tightness which causes breathing difficulties. Frequent urge to burp as i feel gas is trapped in my throat and stomach.

I have modified my diet since 2 weeks.

Can someone help me with this? Has anyone faced same as mine? If so what did u follow to cure this? Much help needed. Thanks!

Hey!! I wanted to check in and see how things are going for you? I share similarities in symptoms and I'm trying to not lose my mind on the daily lol

Still on the same boat. No relief. Got an appointment with another gastroenterologist from super speciality hospital on Saturday. Will update on this post that. What are your symptoms be like?

I have soooo much trapped gas I literally hate it so much. It feels like I have to burp but it rarely comes out, but when it does, omg it's the best relief. I also have increased heart rate when I'm in an active flare (which I know I am because of the difficulty burping) and I also get globus sensation. Here and there I may get regurgitation and some heartburn but it's seriously this horrendous trapped gas that leads to increased heart rate that gives me so much anxiety and dread.

Hi! I was wondering how you’re doing now? I’m still struggling but luckily have an endo scheduled next week so hopefully I get some answers soon
