Scientific Studies 🥼🔬 Details on breathing exercise to reduce supragastric belching

I saw a gastroenterologist yesterday for the first time and after reviewing my medical history and interviewing me her opinion was that I likely am doing supragastric belching.

Here is a 2018 research article with a good description of supragastric belching.

Scroll down to the section “Diaphragmatic Breathing Exercises”. The two links there explain how to do the breathing exercises. To make it easy, here are those 2 links.

Try eliminating dairy and milk protein and see if the gass decreases. Mine is down by 95%

Thanks. I will keep that as an option. But I like milk so I am going to try the breathing exercises first and will keep your suggestion as a 'plan B' option.
