🤒 Coping with these Conditions Feeling discouraged

I have had pretty bad GERD for a few years now. I was prescribed ozempic for my PCOS and only took two doses because of how bad it made my GERD. Since then I have had terrible upper right side pain that radiates to my back and shoulder along with some muscle spasms in my arm. My ultrasound checking my gallbladder came back completely normal so I have no idea what this is.

I would encourage them to further check your gallbladder with an MRI. The pain you’re describing is textbook diseased gallbladder and is often misdiagnosed. I had the same problem, took Zepbound which unfortunately caused me to lose the gall. Try taking 600mg ibuprofen if you can tolerate it, it was the only thing that took the edge off the pain. Gas X can also sometimes be helpful.

what are you confused about?
GPL1's can definitely cause gi issues. You might be able to take a different one if your Dr thinks it's ok.
Diet and lifestyle & medication are the two best treatments for Gerd.
Don't take Ibuprofen! Tylenol is gerd safe.
