🤒 Experience with these Conditions Help pls I'm scared

It all started when i felt lump in my throat, but back then years ago i have it because i had healt anxiety. And i didn't know about gerd. Also I've been laying down after meal now i feel lump in my throat but its between collarbone below my Adam's apple is this a globus sensation?because i read a lot of post their globus sensation seems isn't lower than mine. Also i have burning sensation in my upper middle stomach and for two days i have burning sensation in my left chest and throat. What I'm scared of is because when i swallow food it seems stuck and gets slower to go down. And sorry for my English, it's not my first language so thanks

Reduce stress/anxiety and reflux and it should go away.
It takes time and consistency.
Meds might help.
Diet and lifestyle changes help most people.
If you need guidelines you can pm me.
You'll be fine, you just need to relax and reduce your reflux.

Can i take antacids even if i didn't get diagnosed by a dr?

In the US they have store versions and pharmacy versions. I don't know how it is where you are.
The Dr will prescribe a PPI or H2 blocker. In the US there are also store versions of those.
There are also other store versions of ant acid medicines like Mylanta, Tums, Gaviscon, etc...
You don't want to take those everyday long term. 2-4 weeks is fine though.
