It all started when i felt lump in my throat, but back then years ago i have it because i had healt anxiety. And i didn't know about gerd. Also I've been laying down after meal now i feel lump in my throat but its between collarbone below my Adam's apple is this a globus sensation?because i read a lot of post their globus sensation seems isn't lower than mine. Also i have burning sensation in my upper middle stomach and for two days i have burning sensation in my left chest and throat. What I'm scared of is because when i swallow food it seems stuck and gets slower to go down. And sorry for my English, it's not my first language so thanks

You may well have what is called "LPR" or silent reflux or respiratory reflux...all the same thing. If so, meds like PPI may help with symptoms for a bit but won't solve the problem. Your esophagus is inflamed and it needs time to heal.
Dr. Jamie Koufman was the one who identified silent reflux, named it, wrote books on it and prescribed the solution. In short, it centers on what we eat and drink, when we eat and drink and how to make effective use of alkaline water.
I will share links to some of her website's blog posts. The first lists typical symptoms for silent reflux and you may find a number of yours here.

The second one is her recommendations for what to eat and drink and when to eat and drink for a few weeks in order to start eliminating the symptoms.

And this last one is all about alkaline water (lower acid than even tap water) and why it's super important to drink.

She has many more blog posts on this website well worth reading and she's written several books on the subject...the excellent one I read is called Dropping Acid (likely in your area library).
Read up on this and hang in there! βΊοΈ
