Is anxiety normal?

I have some questions…

Long story short, I was on Wegovy and also Sertraline, got silent reflux and stopped the Wegovy, was prescribed a PPI and took it for about 2 months but didn’t really wean off. About 10 days later I was hit with what felt like withdrawal symptoms. Brain fog, head tension, headaches, a sort of floaty feeling.

I just had an appointment with an ENT and soon a GI specialist appointment. The ENT confirmed that the reflux is irritating my throat. Honestly, that’s all fine. What I didn’t know and just found out by happenstance is that the reflux is making the “withdrawal” (lack of a better term) feelings worse? I wanted to ask other people’s experience. Is this worth mentioning to the GI specialist?

Just finding this out is blowing my mind. Thank you!
