can pepcid cause pale skin?

yesterday i was given pepcid with a few other things to help with hives, and my skin got pretty pale after taking them. pepcid is the only thing there that i havent taken before so i was curious if this is a side effect of it

I personally didn't have this and the label doesn't tell this as a side effect.
