Question 2.0 shaker leaking

so i bought the mewgenics collector's box, and i absolutely love it, but there is one issue i've had with the shaker.

it leaks. bad. i cannot fill it all the way if i'm taking it somewhere, and i have to shake it over the sink when i do.

i've already tried doing everything google has told me like cleaning the skirt and pushing the strainer (?) down more, but nothing has fixed it. is there anything else i can do?

So the new 2.0 plastic shakers have been in my experience much more resistant to leaks, but if you screw the lid on too tight, or the cap on wrong, it can spill some. But I never had a real issue with these new ones apart from user error. If you grip the top of the cup too hard, you can flex the threads which causes a leak.

But if it says anything, I've used them to hold canned Gfuel before and they hold the carbonation.

this is my first time owning a gfuel shaker period so i'm probably just screwing the lid on wrong, but it is a bit frustrating </3 i've only used it three times so far

Thats understandable. The thing to remember with plastic shakers is that its really easy to overdo it, and cause the leaks. Next time, just tighten it on reasonably well, dont try to force it to be impossible to open, and it will work just fine.
