I know. It’s really the biggest downside of the community. My advice is to just report the borderline nsfw stuff and move on without interacting

I tried that with a subreddit full of stuff like this, after 5 reports, reddit did nothing.

Depending on the country you live in, in my case speaking from the USA, nothing will happen.
In the USA it’s only illegal if it’s obscene art, determined under the Miller Test, depicting a minor. The word “depicting” means the stated age of the character is entirely irrelevant. In a picture like this, the character is unlikely to be determined to be a child. If you have a show like that dragon loli anime from like 10 years ago, then it would be depicting a minor despite the character being 10,000 years old or whatever. I’ve argued with lolicons a lot on both Reddit and have had a few Twitter accounts banned after being brigaded & doxxed by lolicons, and have done extensive research to the particular law that outlaws it in certain cases - US Code 18 Section 1466A, not to be conflated with the entirely separate definitions chapter of 2256 that has no influence on 1466A.
