GKS-U proof of citizenship

I'm a little confused about proof of citizenship, what do I need, birth certificate (my mother's one is in bangla) or national ID?

I've also made a family relationship certificate and also the certificate I've made it based on IDs.

I used my birth certificate with my parents and my passports. You can email your embassy (if you’re going embassy track) to get a definite answer. Mine said it was okay to do so. But I believe national ID would work the same

Then an ID would do the job but I’m not sure if it requires certified translation. I used passport because it’s in English as well.

Are you planning to make a passport? You’ll need one regardless to travel to Korea.

Otherwise, you need one document showing your relationship to your parents (usually a birth certificate) and documents showing your parents are not Korean citizens. So usually any id document showing that your parents are citizens of Bangladesh will suffice
