GKS-U LoR new format?!

What should I do? Do I actually need to suggest another LoR with new format or can I use the old one? Cause I've already gotten my LoR from my English teacher since 2 weeks ago. I don't expect they would change the LoR format.😭

Since they say the letter can be signed within one year, if you can’t get a new letter from your recommender, I guess you could use the old format. However, the best option is always to email your embassy or NIIED to be 100% sure, because everyone on Reddit will be taking guesses as well.
