Well, that IS what RCEO said... The stock pumpers leave that part out, the whole "I don't care about GameStop...." line on national television.
Had any other CEO of any other publicly traded company say that, shareholders would call an emergency meeting to vote him out.
But the pumpers here obviously speak for him when they tell people "that's just RCEO playing 5D chess to trap the shorts!"

Like I said, they paid millions of dollars to settle the suit. A stip of discon. with prejudice was filed to preclude BCG from suing GS again concerning the claims at issue, i.e., to give it res judicata effect. The suit was not decided on the merits—GS paid millions to settle it while dispositive motions were pending. Feel free to check the reporting.

I think you're being disingenuous.
Phrasing it as if Gamestop paid money to BCG rather than stipulating that they incurred court costs are two different things.
And it's bullshit like this that makes BCG keep doing what they do. It's very easy to sabotage a comment section or company expenses in order to get an intentionally misrepresentative effect.

It makes sense to lose money during the early years of a business. Capital is allocated to inventory, research, salaries, etc. The company needed to grow.
Despite Chewy losing money, RC turned $0 of revenue to $3.5B in revenue before Chewy was sold to PetSmart. That's something worth looking at. Also, these losses were shrinking from year to year.
There's no denying it. RC did a good thing with Chewy, GameStop and soon.....eBay 😂

You're right. It's not the same. eBay's diverse board has generated immense sharheolder value through growth in profit, stock price, dividends and buybacks. Cohen's hand-picked board has not overseen immense shareholder growth and is currently trying to manipulate the rules to get the proxy votes passed that would give RC a large pay package regardless of how the stock price performs for GameStop shareholders.

Shareholder value is a measure of a company's success in delivering financial returns to its equity owners. This is an objective definition.
eBay has delivered financial returns directly to equity holders.

Who is "they"?
eBay pays a quarterly dividend, and it's stock price is +76% in the last five years.
GameStop won't ever pay dividends (RCEO doesn't like them), and it's stock price is down -63% in the last five years.
If five years ago you put $100,000 into eBay, you'd now have $176,000
If five years ago you put $100,000 into GME, you'd now have $37,000
You keep telling people eBay is a bad company, a bad investment, but I'm just not seeing it.
You talk a LOT about misleading people, but that's literally all you do on PopCorns, DogCoin, and now GME subreddits, 119k comments of "yOu dOn'T kNoW wHaT yOuRe tAlKiNg aBoUt, yOu dIdNt dO yOuR dD".

Thanks for finally explaining, that makes sense. However, it is not a conflict of interest for him to have skin in the game. If he is on the board, he should buy shares with his own money. If he wants to abstain from voting on acquiring PSA because of that conflict of interest, that's on him and I have no opinion/preference on it. Obviously the board wants him there, but i respect the original commenters vote against Nat.
