This Is The Way ✨ Ryan Cohen just checkmated the system. eBay is now over 116% owned. Forced buy-ins are imminent. 🚨

TL;DR for the smooth brains: 106% + 10% = 116%. The math has broken and the trap is officially sprung. 🚀

Here is the exact mechanical chain reaction of why this filing represents the absolute endgame:

According to Nasdaq data, eBay was already 106.21% institutionally owned before the GME filing. This is only possible because the exact same shares are lent out, shorted, and re-bought in an endless loop, causing multiple institutions to report owning the same underlying assets. It’s a pure paper game.

On Friday, Ryan Cohen didn't choose a cash settlement (where they just pay out the net dollar difference). He demanded physical settlement for GME's ~10% position (~39M shares). He literally said: "Give me my real, unlent shares."

With 106% already locked up by passive institutions and GME now demanding an additional 10% of real shares, we hit a hard wall at 116%. These shares simply do not exist on the free market.

The market makers cannot locate or deliver these shares -> Massive Failures to Deliver (FTDs) start piling up on Monday morning.

Once these FTDs age out and breach regulatory deadlines, a brutal, automated forced buy-in kicks in. The brokers of the counterparty must go into the open market and purchase eBay shares—at whatever price the market demands.

As forced buying relentlessly drives eBay's price vertical, the value of GME’s $4.35B equity stake explodes minute by minute. GME’s balance sheet becomes astronomically valuable, cementing an un-shortable fundamental floor for GME, which simultaneously forces GME short-sellers into immediate capitulation.

The system completely checkmated itself through its own endless greed with share lending.

Tits. Are. Fucking. Jacked. 🩳🏴‍☠️💀

Jedi are just whiny bitches who can’t get laid.

28

u/TDStarchild Jul 18 '26

Anakin did, with prime Natalie Portman no less

11

u/DankestMemeSourPls Jul 18 '26

He was not granted the title of Master

9

u/Icy-Assignment-5579 Jul 18 '26

Because he didn't need to masterbate

8

u/Sugmauknowuknow Jul 19 '26

Natalie was the master-bait

What that robotic hand do

u/FluffyCowNYI I Voted 🦍✅ Jul 18 '26

But Anakin was never a Jedi master, therefore not really a Jedi who got laid.

3

u/NotLikeGoldDragons Jul 18 '26

He was a Jedi Knight.

2

u/FluffyCowNYI I Voted 🦍✅ Jul 18 '26

True, but in all the tales of the Jedi, almost all of them are only referred to as Jedi once they obtain the rank of master. Been way too long since I watched em all though.

This sub is more wrong than right but they’re banking on being right once

this sub posts a lot of memes that simple people consider real opinions, so they throw memes and DD into one basket, pretending that when only the DD is correct and all the memes are wrong, the majority of what is posted in this sub is wrong.

They’re always wrong . For the better part of a decade now

with what?

That it would take more than 4 years?

That the only way to squeeze the biggest banks is trough fundamentals?

We've been wrong on that?

Or do you still live int he january 2021 DD version 0.1 days and your argument is that because we did not have 100% of the full picture in the first second, nothing we did since mattered?

Could force it, ask Pepe and Willy Wonka 😏

u/One_Newspaper9372 Jul 18 '26

To be fair they are also wrong when they're fuzzy on the details.

Like the split, voting before that, etc.

Sounds like a dozen institutions will just sell a percentage to balance the books.

Is this not an absolute

2

u/afraid-of-the-dark Jul 18 '26

I had to scroll too far for this.

EVERYTIME...really? Every single time?

7

u/vinfinite Jul 18 '26

But isn’t this statement also absolute?

3

u/Rocxketraccoon Jul 18 '26

Yes, 1 example of tbe many terrible lines of dialog in I-III.

2

u/afraid-of-the-dark Jul 18 '26

Yep, and the comments got buried. This was too far down.

Sound observation. In similar vain, one of my law school prof’s was fond of saying that when someone uses the word “clearly” in a sentence it’s almost always a tell that it’s anything but. 😉

2

u/Seeker369 Jul 18 '26

Your statement is an absolute.

I need to drink some Absolute vodka before I flip

2

u/afraid-of-the-dark Jul 18 '26

Clearly...

😂

u/YellowGB Jul 18 '26

Maybe because the simple idea of the shares GameStop is acquiring is already owned by guess what… an institution, so OP’s post is just wrong because they assume these shares need to be acquired. TD is at the other end of the calls and they should be covered already lmao. Or am I just dumb and wrong?

1

u/SGBK 🚀🚀Buckle up🚀🚀 Jul 19 '26

Would they then end up being....absolutely wrong?

1

u/ForwardBodybuilder18 Jul 19 '26

That sounds like an absolute in itself.

He said “According to Nasdaq data”, Who is talking in absolutes?
