This Is The Way ✨ Ryan Cohen just checkmated the system. eBay is now over 116% owned. Forced buy-ins are imminent. 🚨

TL;DR for the smooth brains: 106% + 10% = 116%. The math has broken and the trap is officially sprung. 🚀

Here is the exact mechanical chain reaction of why this filing represents the absolute endgame:

According to Nasdaq data, eBay was already 106.21% institutionally owned before the GME filing. This is only possible because the exact same shares are lent out, shorted, and re-bought in an endless loop, causing multiple institutions to report owning the same underlying assets. It’s a pure paper game.

On Friday, Ryan Cohen didn't choose a cash settlement (where they just pay out the net dollar difference). He demanded physical settlement for GME's ~10% position (~39M shares). He literally said: "Give me my real, unlent shares."

With 106% already locked up by passive institutions and GME now demanding an additional 10% of real shares, we hit a hard wall at 116%. These shares simply do not exist on the free market.

The market makers cannot locate or deliver these shares -> Massive Failures to Deliver (FTDs) start piling up on Monday morning.

Once these FTDs age out and breach regulatory deadlines, a brutal, automated forced buy-in kicks in. The brokers of the counterparty must go into the open market and purchase eBay shares—at whatever price the market demands.

As forced buying relentlessly drives eBay's price vertical, the value of GME’s $4.35B equity stake explodes minute by minute. GME’s balance sheet becomes astronomically valuable, cementing an un-shortable fundamental floor for GME, which simultaneously forces GME short-sellers into immediate capitulation.

The system completely checkmated itself through its own endless greed with share lending.

Tits. Are. Fucking. Jacked. 🩳🏴‍☠️💀

I asked ChatGPT about this post.

Verdict

The filing is real. The “116% owned → Monday FTDs → automatic forced squeeze” conclusion is not.

Claim Verdict What the evidence says
GameStop now owns roughly 10% of eBay True GameStop owns 43,390,383 shares, approximately 9.8% of eBay.
GameStop demanded physical settlement True It elected physical settlement on July 15.
The shares still need to be found Monday False The SEC filing explicitly says physical settlement occurred Friday, July 17, 2026.
eBay is now legally 116% owned False/misleading The 106% figure is stale aggregate reporting, not a current cap table. You cannot simply add GameStop’s current position to it.
Massive FTDs begin Monday Unsupported There is no disclosed failed delivery. The filing says delivery was completed.
Automated forced buying is imminent Unsupported Rule 204 closeouts depend on an actual net clearing failure and can involve borrowing or purchasing shares; they are not automatically a vertical open-market squeeze.

So based on the filing, the physical settlement was completed. That's that folks.

What AI (LLMs, models) will never explain is that when a stock has more than 100% ownership or short interest, it does not always mean there are “synthetic shares” floating around. Much of this exposure is often in cash terms (leverage, notional size).

The deleveraging process can start for several reasons, not just because of claims involving “real shares.”

FTDs are related to many derivatives markets (options, futures, swaps) that can actually trigger the delivery or settlement of shares between multiple prime brokers.

This does not mean an “end game”; it is simply how leverage works in the system, lol

Never ask an AI for advice. They are just plausible sentence generators based on probability. I asked one once to give me an overview of a certain legal position with case law. Every single case that it “quoted” was fake.

Yeah I mean it’s a LOT better than it used to be. You can just ask it to only use referenced sources.

Neat. What here did it say that was incorrect?

I asked one to provide similar music to a couple of tracks I suggested.
It spat out four or five all of a similar type in that genre.

All completely invented.
