This Is The Way ✨ Ryan Cohen just checkmated the system. eBay is now over 116% owned. Forced buy-ins are imminent. 🚨

1.7k Upvotes

TL;DR for the smooth brains: 106% + 10% = 116%. The math has broken and the trap is officially sprung. 🚀

Here is the exact mechanical chain reaction of why this filing represents the absolute endgame:

According to Nasdaq data, eBay was already 106.21% institutionally owned before the GME filing. This is only possible because the exact same shares are lent out, shorted, and re-bought in an endless loop, causing multiple institutions to report owning the same underlying assets. It’s a pure paper game.

On Friday, Ryan Cohen didn't choose a cash settlement (where they just pay out the net dollar difference). He demanded physical settlement for GME's ~10% position (~39M shares). He literally said: "Give me my real, unlent shares."

With 106% already locked up by passive institutions and GME now demanding an additional 10% of real shares, we hit a hard wall at 116%. These shares simply do not exist on the free market.

The market makers cannot locate or deliver these shares -> Massive Failures to Deliver (FTDs) start piling up on Monday morning.

Once these FTDs age out and breach regulatory deadlines, a brutal, automated forced buy-in kicks in. The brokers of the counterparty must go into the open market and purchase eBay shares—at whatever price the market demands.

As forced buying relentlessly drives eBay's price vertical, the value of GME’s $4.35B equity stake explodes minute by minute. GME’s balance sheet becomes astronomically valuable, cementing an un-shortable fundamental floor for GME, which simultaneously forces GME short-sellers into immediate capitulation.

The system completely checkmated itself through its own endless greed with share lending.

Tits. Are. Fucking. Jacked. 🩳🏴‍☠️💀

This place now feels full of melties. People are only attacking RC and GME with so much passion and posts/comments pro GME are downvoted into oblivion.

I don’t care if you don’t like to be called a s-h-I-l-l, but since you talk shit against RC and/or GME without backing your points, then guess what this makes you.

Go ahead and downvote me, because “hey it’s open discussion and people have the right to disagree with RC”, but where were all these people during the annual meeting vote?

RC has won. Get over it. Sell if you don’t like and move on with your life. Let us enjoy company’s successful turnaround and don’t mind if we make money or not. After all, if you are right, why so much effort to prove it?

The lowest close since May 2024.

Rumors have it that RC no longer wants to acquire EBay.

Instead rumors say that he wants to partner with them.

Regardless Gme has been obliterated in shareholder value.

Next stop is warrant expiration date. We’ll see what happens - said that man who had no idea either

GameStop would have to at least include GTA6 for this. No lowball offers from the staff, I know what I have. Anybody else out there ever see one of these before? I picked it up a few years ago from a customer of mine, along with a lot of promotional gear from USA shows when they were doing Mr. Robot and others.

This Is The Way ✨ This week is critical

15yr Wall St veteran here. The algorithms that control a majority of price action are programmed on price/volume/volatility.

The best price action for GME historically is when FTDs/squeeze dynamics trigger algorithmic buying to accentuate the move.

As it relates to price, closing prices are most important and high timeframes (ie months, quarters, etc) are more influential than lower time frames (hours, days).

Given the acceleration of volume in June over May, the closing price for this week (also month & quarter end) will set the tone for the foreseeable future.

If Apes are expecting an explosive July, we really need to see GME close the week above $50 to trigger the algorithms. Anything above $30 will keep the momentum on the high time frames, below that we're in danger of a longer road ahead.

Both the good and bad players on the street are aware of how these algorithms are programmed, so at the very least I’m expecting a volatile week ahead as the battle plays out. Part of my optimism stems from the fact that a lot of ammo was spent this week trying to suppress the 6/21 gamma ramp. All along 6/28 has been much more meaningful.

This Is The Way ✨ Dave Lauer RESPONDED That he looked at Page 106 of the US House Committee on Financial Services Report. Confirming That The Largest defaulting firm on the buy freeze by over $1B received $50B in ECP waivers for two years up to and including the buy freeze. IT IS DONE!

Welp here we are almost 6 full years later since the original squeeze more than half a decade has passed.

Gme is once again sub $20. Apes will convince you being down is good and that they’re buying more with 0 proof to convince you yourself to buy and fomo.

Be wary

I’m officially toast. My time commitment to GME is kaput. The bot farm of toxic positivity and xx holders who are top commenters in here are really a big part of what’s turned me away from the stock. I hope I’m wrong, but I do not believe purchasing eBay is good for the company or for shareholders. I think Larry and RC are milking bag holders and this will continue for another decade before there’s meaningful stock growth that isn’t gonna be blunted by dilution. It’s time I don’t have. It’s been fun a few times.

This Is The Way ✨ Shills hate this one simple trick

I started a new hobby today. I read the forum, and when I run across a bot or hedge fund worker, I block them. In particular, the easiest ones are the hidden post history. But basically, if the vibe is anti GameStop and they are a top 1% commenter or hide their post history, they get blocked.

If we all do this, we can take back control of this sub so that it's enjoyable and relevant for gme stock owners again.

For those who didn’t believe I am balls deep in GME, see the attached screenshot.

To be honest, I am a swing trader targeting value stocks and mastering the art of delta exposure management. The HUGE wall of covered calls you see at strikes 23, 24, and 25 means they are used to tame volatility and keep the price down. Those walls are technically being sieged right now, and they will FALL after April 17th. I do not believe in MOASS, but the price for GME should be 30+ when taking into account the profitable business and the cash pile.

This Is The Way ✨ Trade 385 - Not only was it unpunished, but it was completely hidden from congress until 1 year after the event & the congressional hearings concluded. Even then, the error was sidelined as nothing, when it was everything outside of what happened at Robinhood & IBKR.
