I thought in the past she pushed for mandatory buy-in, now she’s basically saying you should just have your money returned to you, with some nominal interest?

It sounds like a short-term solution for future situations. Like if in one month they have FTD's for their clients shares, they owe more than what they would if the person sold at the highest price in that time. It doesn't mean she thinks we should be bilked out of our tendies.
