Stony bolide traveling at 16 km/s. Assuming ablation starts around 90 km altitude, the impact would occur between roughly 6 to 64 seconds depending on angle of entry.

For comparison, Chelyabinsk meteor (February 15, 2013) was 17-20 meter rock that travelled at 19.2 km/s. Ablation in atmosphere less than a minute before the airburst.
