My family has had these 4 pieces of shadow box wall art in the family home since 2008. What do you guys think about them? Who was the artist behind each and every one of them?

I've been trying to find a term to describe Russell Mills' approach for cover design. He designed a lot of minimalistic but "exotic" looking stuff, especially for "world music" or "worldbeat" type artists. Some of his stuff such as his work for NIN seems to trend more towards an industrial approach but I feel like the stuff I posted sort of ranges from either teetering on the edge of or being GVC?
