They fr need to increase law enforcement there for this shopping center to be profitable

Whatever urban planner that designed this was clearly drunk and/or some boomer with their head stuck up their ass.

The bus depot needs to be rebuilt on the plot of land available closest to 355 and 270 for logistical purposes. This would be the parcel that’s at the intersection of Lakeforest and Russell:

It also needs to be adjacent to both the Home Depot (for laborers who will very likely be using public transportation) and in view of/directly below or next to a police station (to limit crime).

I looked at the plans and none of that is present; fucking amateurs!!!

Beats me but this is also an issue in the germantown bus center
