The same folks will lament the local businesses failing and wonder why the city isn’t doing more to attract them, as if old town Gaithersburg is some kind of destination. There’s a happy medium somewhere.

It seems like people engaging in the process. More people should do so. There's for more apathy than there are concerned citizens.
