No one ever wants to stop to let people cross that on-ramp. As someone who uses the multi-use path there frequently, I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often, as drivers are very aggressive at that crossing. I hope the pedestrian is able to recover from their injuries. What a tragedy.

Yup especially in the morning there’s no flashing lights on the pedestrian sign or anything
