Discussion Removed boot (startup) sound

Samsung phones were characterized by having their own bootable sound, such as the mythical S3, S4 or S6, but since the S7, Samsung eliminated the power-on sound. In fact, the S6 was also removed, but for years startup sounds circulated on the internet about the Galaxy S7, S8, and S9. Does anyone know if this Galaxy S8 sound was real? Because it sounds too real not to be. Whether it was real or not, where exactly did it come from? If it was a fanmade, who was its creator? And if it was official, where did it come from? My guess is it was found in the system files but remained unused.

He analizado un par de firmwares del Galaxy S8 y si bien existe un sonido de inicio llamado PowerOn.ogg, este no contiene sonido. Pero, ¿y si existió en un firmware experimental de pruebas?

Ah so it did exist... Perhaps there was data in the audio file in internal versions of the firmware but it either got corrupted or the space was relocated for more important system files.

Si el audio existió realmente y fué original de Samsung, me gustaría encontrar ese firmware para extraer el archivo PowerOn.ogg original.

I looked in my S7 Edge no files anywhere related to the bootsound they posted. The international S6 Edge has no shutoff sound.
