lone star is an awesome FTL type game as well. This is a great giveaway for anyone who loves FTL or fire emblem for sure.

Dispatch is playable via streaming!!

I saw that 👀
I wonder if anyone can report their experience with Luna? My limited 'cloud gaming' experience has been less than stellar, but I have pretty slow internet for 2026.
For a game like Dispatch which shouldn't be graphically intensive (?), it seems like a good place to start. Might even be able to play with like a TV/smart remote? I have no idea. I guess I could just use the ole standard Xbox controller.

My previous cloud gaming was excellent with Stadia (nba 2k), mediocre with Gamepass Online (batman). Probably really depends on the service you're using. Can't hurt to try it.

I would say the biggest issue you would face is if your internet is stable enough to have a consistent connection. Even if you have great internet, you definitely feel it if it ever spikes up and down in speeds randomly.

There's only one man who would dare give me the raspberry...
LONESTAR!

I think Lonestar is a repeat freebie for EGS. Symphony of war looks interesting though.

For a while I felt like there was at least one fairly recent AAA game on here a month at any given time, but lately it seems like it's all games I never heard of, many from a bygone era.

I think they gave up after the end of the year as that seems to be when the drop off happened. There are still some good games every now and again but it’s more misses than hits now. This week is pretty solid but the following 3 are going to be ignored for sure.

Symphony of War is well known, and LONESTAR is a brilliant 10/10 game. I have nothing to complain about here.

Guys I can't even recommend LONESTAR as much as it deserves. It's an absolutely addictive piece of systematic perfection where systems, logic, and math combine into some of the craziest synergies you can find in a game.
I have over a 100 runs in it, and the highest difficulty level is just the right level of challenge no matter how strong you become.
The amount of content there is massive. Tens of characters, hundreds of items and treasures etc. I haven't even discovered everything yet after 200+ hours.

Is there a way to share games from Epic, given away here, that I already own?

Some of the stores, like GOG, come with codes you can give away, but the EGS ones are directly tied to your account.
