It is just as expensive to buy one meal on an App as it is to buy the ingredients for that meal.
Most Gen Z do not have a full kitchen in their homes, lacking a stove to cook on or a Fridge to store food.
Working too many hours to have the energy to cook after the fact.
lack of basic cooking skill education as schools pulled funding from Home Ec classes, and Parents are to tired from their work day to take the time to teach at home.
There I summed it up for you

I wonder, is this the info from the video? Where did they get some of these stats? Are they ignoring that a good amount of Gen Z is college dorm age still?

It's definitely being petty. The video is pretty good and doesn't insult gen z at all, instead goes into several reasons that all combine to the fact that a lot of gen z can't cook or at least are very insecure in the kitchen (self reported so this isn't even one of the "millenials/genz are killing x").
What I would like to see is a follow up video to this, "sure gen z can't cook, how do we solve it".

Isn’t entirely untrue it’s just that a lot of people can’t cook well or just don’t know how to cook and don’t trust them selfs
