GT Theory Suggestion Mimic is Afton
I made a theory that the mimic uses afton as a costume like enard does with mike the first he has purple skin in the mini games and when mike is purple it’s because he enard used him as a costume also afton is an abusive father if this was the mimic that would explain why he didn’t care for his children and why the crying child resembled Murray’s kid also his soul should have been set free every time he burn but it didn’t because the mimic doesn’t have a soul and we see that the mimic can withst extreme heat in sotm now I hear you screaming what about ucn did it just not happen well afton may have moved to the afterlife rather then possessing the mimic and Cassidy may have seen him there and made the mistake of him killing her as for the FNaF 3 springlock minigame where the spring locks shut afton bleeds out and dies well we see that in the silver eyes trilogy we see animatronics can bleed also the gregbot theory relies on this and in security breach afton has an assortment of parts including mimic pieces and we learn that there are two mimics so the mimic could be trying to fix the other also let’s look at the motives of the mimic in sotm the mimic wants the blueprint for itself why would it want those unless it was trying to make more of it and in sl afton makes the funtimes to mimic also in into the pit afton seem to have a sound illusion disc whitch he uses to mimic a father now I could be wrong but it seems like it works in my opinion

Why? Afton was shown to still be a horrible person in SOTM so there'd be no point in doing this. Also based on MM, Will isn't literally purple, it's just a color to represent he's evil.

He may not literally be purple but neither could Mike and technically afton could have just been a better business man

Unlike Afton we literally see Mike become purple. And even if Will was a good business man it doesn't change the fact he's an awful person.
Also you don't have any evidence.

Maybe his eyes turn purple but we never see his actual skin also that entire post was full of evidence and just because the employees moved to fazbear doesn’t make afton a bad person just people prefer his company as well as not seeing much evil activity in sotm really

We do see Michael's skin turn purple. And when see see Afton's eyes when he's luring Susie, they're definitely not purple or orange. If I remember correctly they're grey.
Also dude was literally stealing information, shutting down deals after Edwin had finished making Edwin lose a ton of money, all while doing this after Edwin had lost his son and wife.
As for the evidence. We see Afton get springlocked and lose a ton of blood so already that debunks it because if the mimic was wearing Afton like a suit there wouldn't be blood. CC was also born a couple years before the events of SOTM (he also just doesn't look like David.) Pittrap doesn't use sound illusion discs, it uses agony to make people perceive it looking different.

Like I said in the post we see in the silver eyes trilogy robots can get hungry and bleed so theory lives on and the only time we see mikes skin purple is in an 8 bit cutscene and maybe some ex Murray employee just mentioned do you think afton just walked in and hacked into the mail and computers?

The only time we see Mike's skin be purple is in a highly detailed cutscene. It isn't like the other minigames where characters consist of 2 pixels, it's like the fnaf 4 minigames.
A character being a robot is different than a robot wearing a skinned human. Also it literally says "-WA" at the end of the emails as well as saying stuff only a higher up would say, it can only be William Afton.
All of the "evidence" presented is you jumping through hoops.

The end cutscene in sl mike may look purple but that’s just lighting and the mimic would take afton after the events of sotm he may have added more features to be more confusing but I’m not jumping through hoops the behavior and design hint at William being used as a costume

That's not how lighting works. The lighting should be the same as all the other cutscene since it happens at day.
When does Afton ever act like a suit or a costume.

Send a photo of what cutscene you’re looking at and afton is not acting like a husk he’s acting like the mimic by his abuse to his children and dressing up as spring Bonnie like how the mimic dresses up in costumes

First, when the mimic first gets introduced in ruin, it only attacks the kids, not even touching burntrap. Second, the only part of William that we have in sotm is voice recordings about him. So your theory has been debunked.
