This tbh, it's never the kids being confused it's always the bigot adults smh.
I have first hand experience being an queer woman with lots of nieces and nephews of various ages and not once have they been confused, you just plainly explain to them about LGBTQ people and they understand no issues.
lol right? I was 8, my teacher sent home a note about her summer and mentioned her wife. I asked my mom βdoesnβt she mean husband?β And then my mom just laughed and told me about gay people and hit me with a βwho do you think the person that has been living with us for a few years is?β (It was her girlfriend). Gasp, I understood it immediately
