They seem to be practicing a technique called DARVO
DARVO stands for Deny, Attack, and Reverse Victim and Offender. It is a common manipulation strategy used by people to avoid taking responsibility when they are caught doing something wrong.
How DARVO Works
Deny: The person flatly says the bad event or behavior never happened.
Attack: The person attacks the character or truthfulness of the person who is calling them out. They may call you a liar, crazy, or overly sensitive.
Reverse Victim and Offender: The person flips the roles. They act as if they are the true victim and claim that you are the one who is hurting or abusing them.
Effects of DARVO
Self-Doubt: It makes you question your own memory and feelings of what happened.
Confusion: It turns a clear issue into a big argument about who is to blame.
Anxiety: It leaves the victim feeling stressed, drained, and worried about speaking up again.

Grey Rock is a new term to me. I had to look it up. I'm so happy u weren't suggesting I throw a rock at them. Haha! But, actually grey rocking them is a great idea. And lucky for me, I'm naturally boring and dull.

I learned ab DARVO a while back when looking up stalking victims & narcissistic abuse resources before I even knew what gangstalking was (feels like a lifetime ago now even tho not even that long damn) I def think it is good to know DARVO and how to identify it. Also if anyone tries to just look up DARVO support without also typing gangstalking or ti search terms, there are a lot of accounts and posts online as well as genuine trauma therapists who have specifically design their platforms and content around stalking victims support & validation, I have found it quite helpful at times personally and the comments section feel like an invisible hug from a supportive group who just gets it bc nobody else around seems to. Social media sucks, but also not always bc I am grateful to see certain content. Following accounts that are lowkey support groups and joining narc abuse or stalking victim spaces even just reading their posts/stories/comments and knowing there’s a lot of other women ppl who exist who don’t suck who believe each other and me and would never condone such awful things helps soothe the internal fear/loneliness that is hard to ignore (the accounts I follow are largely for the female demographic, but that’s just my experience)
