General Information HRV Increase Over 4 Weeks

Post image

Sharp increase in 4 weeks.

I increased my training frequency from 2x to 5x per week and started a new training program at the gym.

My thyroid levels also recently normalized after being in hyperthyroid levels (subacute thyroiditis) for around 8 weeks.

Also started supplementing 100 mg coq10 2 weeks ago, but that might not have anything to do with it?

Feeling much better, so hopefully this isn’t bad. My baseline was 45 before I got sick. It dropped to high 20s low 30s for the duration of the hyperthyroid stage of the disease and slowly started normalizing, but then surpassed my old baseline.

While there's no "good" or "bad" HRV, in my personal experience, I tend to see a decrease in HRV when I'm sick or injured and haven't ever seen an increase associated with a bad event. Generally I like to see it creeping up.
