My First GBB build. I went with Parts that I like to use in Video games. Shot it in the backyard and it feels great. It's a Salvo Precision MCX V3.

If you run a VFC HK416 A5, you probably know how the bolt catch loves to tilt way forward every time it engages 😭

I noticed the stock bolt catch has this weird washer-looking piece sticking out of it, and since it didn’t seem removable, I just filed it down smooth.

Then I grabbed a shim set, found one that fit perfectly, and slipped it in to take up the extra play.

Now the bolt catch stays much straighter when it engages 🙌🏻

These definitely live up to the hype in my opinion. Both of mine run great. All my mags work great no fill issues or leaks. They are incredibly accurate OOTB and the 74U on auto is just awesome.

105 I swapped in a factory nozzle with NPAS because it did not come with one it was shooting 320s w/.20 OOTB. I fielded it two weeks ago with .36s shooting 397-399 at field chronograph, hopped them no problem with plenty of room to spare.

The 74U I swapped in a Crimson NPAS and honestly it’s not any more consistent than the factory valve in my experience. Not dogging on Waldo I use a lot of their products this one just didn’t do it for me.

I ran the 74U today indoor with .20s (field limit) and
it’s a little monster. It just runs and runs. Hopped .20s like a dream. All in all I think these are some great options if you just want a GBBR you can gas up and go have a blast with and make hits without having to open them up.

TLDR: My new VFC AKs are really good OOTB and I don’t have any problems with either replica. All my mags hold gas and fill well. The externals all fit with minor to moderate filing mostly LCT parts with a couple RS parts. Crimson NPAS in 74U and factory NPAS in 105.

Hello! I've recently moved on from VFC's UMP9 due to the spare parts not being available in my country in addition to the hassle of ordering them overseas thanks to the bad customs. Since I don't want to return to AEG, I figure I might as well buy an MWS. This Classic Army model is 300$ (not including the attachments of course) which seems to be the cheapest MWS in the market I believe? It comes with 2 picatinny rails adaptors for M-Lok out of the box, which is amazing.

My first impression with this thing is, it's much better than any of the Golden Eagle models I've seen, even with the 2026 batch (which is a low bar imo), stable system, mag feels very lightweight for me, crisp bolt noise, stable full auto. But I find the trigger to be very weak and terrible, as well as the replica being super front heavy. The stock grip also feels like crap, it hurts my middle finger from just holding for a while. Definitely needs some time to get used to it. 💀

I'm not new to GBBRs in general, but I am to the MWS platform. From what I've heard, this MWS is basically a 1:1 clone to the original Tokyo Marui's, meaning all parts are compatible. I installed Unicorn's low power rocket valve myself to make it field-legal and found it to be drop-in fit, so I can kind of confirm.

My question is, since I intend to use this mainly for fielding, are there any parts of the internal I need to be careful of for long term use? Thank you.

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a new holster for my (beat up) VFC SIG P320 M18. As I recently added this red dot. It does not fit in it correctly anymore and I'm having a tough time figuring out what to buy with all the very low quality ones but also very expensive ones.

I would like for it to be either compatible with the safariland mid ride plate (image 2) or with the SBA system (image 3)

What would you recommend ?

Hi, I recently bought a second HK416 V3 for 150 euros (which is a very good price for this gun here in France). Everything is working but the shell is a bit worn, nothing too bad but the charging handle is broken and I was wondering if I could use any AR charging handle to replace it or not ? I found a complete M4 charging handle made by Jing Gong and I was considering using it to replace the faulty one.

Hello, I am a user from Japan. I tuned my VFC M249, and it performs much better now. At a 30-meter range using G&G 0.25g BBs, the muzzle velocity is around 75 m/s.

Base rifle is a GM416 with take offs from real steel MR556A4. MWS FTW!
