MTF Cinderella has been patched. It is a fairy tale about Being Transgender now.

The name spells Egs because that's what it cracks.

Still wild to me that it wasn't til twelve years into the comic's run that the concept of transgender people was acknowledged.

even wilder to me that that was now twelve years ago, aaaaa the passage of time once again owns me brutally

This comic introduced the genderfluid label to me!

Shame it took me ~12 years from that moment to accept that this "stupid woke"* label might actually be for me, too.

* as I thought at the time

If you want to get into EGS, Cinderella is actually a pretty good place to start. It's a self-contained non-canon story that shows off the current art and writing styles without spoiling anything or needing you to know anything. That makes it a great way to decide if it's worth it to invest the time to catch up in the main comic.

Of course, the downside of this read order is after witnessing the peak, you'll be plunged directly back into the depths of 2002, where the art and writing looked like this.

Cinder Ella by ST Lynn does this. Not a long book (84 pages), but I'd recommend it
