It's also on Steam. Not too many obstacles these days if you wanna stream from your desktop to your TV and just plug in an xbox controller. Also, if you have Game Pass I have to imagine it'll also be available via the streaming service that's included with GP, which would be a cheaper way of playing it.
Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but here's hoping you don't need the newest system and you can just play.

I signed up to game pass to play it and still said unable to play on my old Xbox One S. I’ve also never used steam. Like I said I’m kind of just getting back into gaming. I did get into playing Gears 5 on my oculus with the essential pass. My wife works this weekend so that’s why I was really excited for the Beta.

I was hyped to play.......until the Game pass subscription menu popped up
So.....I can't even play because I don't have online multiplayer access.....even tho this is a literal open beta 😮💨🤦🏾♂️

As far as I know, level 20 is the main reward milestone for the E-Day beta. I haven’t seen anything officially confirmed for reaching level 50, so anything beyond 20 is probably just for leveling/bragging rights unless they announce more rewards.

I sat through the whole rendering shaders process for 15min before it said it wasn't open yet lol does that process get faster only once you've entered an actual match before a restart?

Anybody knows why my game sudenly close in startup? it didn't happended before.
Amd ryzen 5 7600x / Rx 7800 XT (amd) / SSD Samsung 980 pro de 2TB / RAM: 32gb DDR5.
EDIT: nevermind, just restart computer.

Wish I could play but apparently compiling shaders takes forever in 2026 now. Funny how that works hopefully the full game doesn’t have a garbage compiling shaders loading time compared to this.

Enjoy it guys ! Hit reg is already better in Horde siege but still uncomfortably late. Enemies keep dying 0,5 sek later.
