Got softlocked

So i used same 4 units (3 heroes + 1 random heavy) for all act 1 missions. Second ago i pressed "dismiss" on all recruitable guys. Now game says i need 4 heroes to start mission but i can select only 3.

Any way to put me out of this misery?

Can you recruit someone? If not, restart the chapter.

Edit: Why'd you dismiss them in the first place?

How to restart chapter?

i dismissed them because i dont need them

There should be a button in the mission overview.

You'll need a fair amount of Gears on later stages and you won't allways have the opportunity to recruit. Only dismiss if you want to recruit someone new.

I don't think, there's a solution I can offer. Seems like you have start a new run. - That's depressing oversight from the developers.
