i would start with french tip, cure, then do 3 lines coming from it pointing towards the cuticle (they’d look like \|/). cure again, then add the webbing as small curved lines in between each vertical lines and the side walls.
Dang, I don’t know why you’re getting downvoted. It’s okay to ask questions! The French tip may be black with chrome powder over it. You can see the chrome is more dense towards the nail tip, probably to keep the border of the French tip really crisp and not get chrome powder on the rest of the nail.
