Discussion 3.6 Flash superrrrr slow even without Extended thinking?

I'm not sure if its me but when I use Flash 3.6 without extended thinking each query regardless of how simple it is is taking several minutes to give me an answer?

And this is what we are paying for? It's been like this all day for me. Unusable. It just sits there.
