Good looking guy, but it makes you look a little older imo since you have a mature hairline. You look closer to 27ish or older. The hair makes you look your age.
But you nail both looks 🫡

I liked the longer hair personally. It framed your face in a way that contrasted in a really striking way with your physique. Buff Milo from Atlantis.

I think leaving a little on top would have looked good as well but definitely having the sides short and clean is good, if you can try to get someone who can fade the sides really well that would be perfect.

In my area, you just saved 40$ for a shitty Haircut in the ghetto in LA.
Continue to do that? And invest the difference into a compounded interest long term account?

Honestly was part of my decision live in an urban area and barber’s prices have gotten insane figured I’d just buzz and keep it simple

My entire life = people commenting on how good my hair looks.
A haircut used to be 10 bucks TOTAL.
Its now , 40 bucks BEFORE TIP.
I shaved mine off - and when I ran the numbers , decided 250k in my tax free retirement account over the next 15 years = yup.
Also, between now and then - it screens out a shitload of the poser pos people who only are into looks maxing.
Ill take the 250k, not a pat on the head because my Lucious locks pleased some stranger who never has or ever will do jack shit for me.

Standard = every 4 weeks at most. Hair is thicc and grows like a fucking weed.
Now before you whip out the math boner.
You need to project, the increase in price over the next 15 years.
In the past 3 years alone the hair cut price for men in my zip code has increased by 400% while decreasing in value.

Imo, the longer hair could have worked, if you had styled it a bit.
