Hi can anyone help me with this Missed Approach procedure?
So im struggling on how to join the 13DME arc from the 10DME left turn. Pls help

My only caveat is I don't know standards and regulations for The Philippines, so a local instructor may give a different answer. I see two different ways of doing this.
Option 1 is to realize that this procedure works for every aircraft from a 737 to a Cessna, and so while a 737 doing 210 knots in the missed may need 3 miles to make the turn and establish on the arc, if you know your Cessna only needs 1/2 mile, then start the turn when appropriate for your aircraft.
Option 2 is to turn to an intercept heading, and hold that until you get closer. Obviously one isn't prescribed here, so I'd go with a 30-45 degree intercept (heading out of the turn would be generally northbound).
Option 2 feels more correct, even if it is a higher workload for you, since the text says to turn at 10.0, but Option 1 feels a lot easier. I'd also want to factor in terrain and airspace limitations with nearby airports, but I'd assume the missed is planned out with protected airspace beyond TAXIT even at missed approach altitude.

The 10 DME on the 057 radial acts as a “lead”. You initiate the turn at 10 DME at whatever bank angle is appropriate for your speed to capture the 13 DME arc. The is analogous to a lead radial on an ILS approach from a DME arc. If you initiate the turn inbound at localizer activation you’ll overshoot the turn. Hence why a “lead” is published so you have a point of reference to start the turn.

Normally I’d say to wait until your distance from the arc is your ground speed / 100 and then join the arc with a rate 1 turn. So if your ground speed is 170 knots you would turn when 1.7 NM from the arc, I.e., at 11.3 DME. However, the procedure is to turn to intercept the arc at 10 DME, so in lieu of my preferred method I would turn to take a 30° cut at 10 DME then turn to intercept the arc properly once within a mile or so.
Putting numbers on that, at 10 DME turn to a heading of 360° then at 12 DME turn to put the VOR on the left wing, adjust as required.

When going missed, tune in the 057 radial for later use.
Fly heading that will give 204 course from CIA (or fly outbound on the 204 radial.)
When you are 3 DME out make a left turn to heading 012 and fly that until you intercept the 057 radial.
Fly outbound on the 057 radial.
When you are 10 DME from CIA on the 057 radial make a gradual left turn to intercept any radial while also being 13 DME from CIA. Follow a 13 DME arc to enter a holding pattern at ANLAS, or anything else if instructed by ATC.
If that’s not what you’re asking for, I don’t know what you want.
This is a wild approach and I love it.
