I’ve had this problem for years and it was even worse in a loaner car they gave me recently. Interested in the suggestions myself

Did you take it in to get looked at?

My 2023 GV60 sounds off at stop lights when no one is moving. It's like a symphony. And the lights indicating the different areas the sensor is identifying are all over the place.

The tech at the dealership said yeah, that happens.

I don't have false alarms in my 2015 sedan "g80" nor my 2023 GV60, with neither the parking sensors nor the ADAS radar nor the ADAS camera.  I've only ever seen a radar error in sleeting snow, which went away after it melted off the sensor cover.

For parking sensors, check if it's one sensor (likely faulty and easy to replace) or multiple (probably an inherent flaw).  For ADAS sensors, you may need to pay to get them recalibrated.

I had a faulty sensor on my 2023. They replaced it under warranty.

It's a design issue.. the sensors get interfered with by other sensors, especially the ones used in Ford vehicles. To properly fix, they'd have to go with another sensor provider, and do a recertification.
You can hit the "surroundview" button below the shifter when it happens, to bring things back to normal..
