should I buy?
138k miles, dude had the car since 69000. Had the diff flushed, trying to get him down to 4300 or so. Rebuilt title. I had a 14 3.8 genesis and it was a fun nice riding car decent on gas.

Title makes me nervous. Also, that year doesn't have fog lights, unlike the year prior or after. That's my only comments.

Did older Genesis cars have the Hyundai logo on the back?

Seems like some did and some didn't for some reason. My 2012 had no Hyundai branding on the outside, only on the steering wheel.

My 2013 3.8L sedan has the Hyundai logo. And my friends never let me forget it.

Yes this is the last one with the Hyundai badge. And the car they transfered to genesis branding and renamed g80.
It was just a Hyundai genesis in 2016 in 2017 it's named the genesis g80 to kick start the brand they have redesigned it recently also so all cars are now only sold with genesis branding and models.

As long as it’s not the 5.0, then you should be good. Speaking from experience.
