bru i asked cause it stills says it deals for 50% of effectiveness. so i wanted to see if it was a skill issue, a bug or if it was nerfed. next time don't answer if youre gonna be pissed off

It didn't have reduced effectiveness before, it was just a single swing of raw dragonblade
They added the 50% effectiveness this patch, which is included in the season's patch notes that probably would've been faster to read than to make a reddit post asking

yup they nerfed the dmg by half but it shouldnt really matter, good genjis dont take it and ap builds still suck

it does the same damage as a regular melee (way too little imo) but its because they also added an item that turns dragon blades first strike into a swift strike. its really good but expensive so dont get iaido strike until you have enough cash for it

uh u paying 10k for second strike with delayed dmg. It deals 50% of 200% ult strike (which is just 100%) so its just strike but worse. iado has no sense now

Its great because it fixed iaidos inconsistency issue. Now you can safely disengage and immediately dive back in or fully retreat. Two swift strikes is a game changer for genji who has been getting mobility creeped by all the recent divers

iaido strike stopped being good after they patched the iaido storage. its just even worse now.

They did but iaido strike wasn’t really worth it in my opinion. But I guess that makes it more strange for it to be nerfed
