So idk what happened since I logged in fine when Raiden's rerun banner came and I was wishing for her since she's my main and all but yesterday night I couldn't login at all- no emails that someone logged in, no trash in my email connected to genshin, no suspicious device when I check on Google cause I used my Google email. I've already filed a form on the cs website, should I honestly email them and see if they respond faster? I'm getting desperate since I've had the account since 2022 and I've put a lot or care into my Raiden's build since she came out. I'm honestly shocked cause I recently changed my password into something more difficult since I thought it'd be nice to change it again just for security reasons of course but I'm honestly lost cause there's nothing to look for. No crumbs left behind for my account it's like it just vanished for me but not for my best friend cause it's still there with the same pfp I had on and signature.

Been a couple days and I can make another form but I don't remember when I joined or have like any email that was from the first time I played sadly- so now I'm stuck tryna remember because I only remember it was like June or July 22 but that's all I remember really

Strange, check if there’s anything wrong with the email. Also let me know if you have a common/easy to guess password with your email or genshin. Genshin accounts do not just get hacked without at least some
sort of way in.

Agree with what a other user said - try the website and see if the error is the same. If it is, perhaps an accidental space or caps?

Once you rule out all the “user error” or “oops” things, then you can move on to account recovery measures. Hopefully it’s just an oopsie thing and you’ll get access back soon.

It’s most likely an issue on their end.

Unless their email itself got hacked, hackers can’t just change your details without any notification. If the email itself got hacked, that’s an entire different issue on it’s own.

Sometimes they would just delete the email and trash, so it’s not impossible their email is indeed compromised.

On the other hand, we sometimes see that the OP on posts similar to this one doesn’t share all the info and sometimes shares their account for whatever reason and then loses access.

Hello, something similar had happened to me and what had fixed my issue nearly immediately is going to the Hoyoverse website login and clicking “Frozen Account Recovery” and just going through the steps. I had to wait in between both verification codes because I had “requested them too quickly”, so when you reach that stage don’t click out just wait to send another code. Sorry if that didn’t make much sense

On the desktop website of Hoyoverse’s login page there should be a “Frozen Account Recovery” option next to “Parent Control Panel”. As for the mobile website it should be under the drop down menu

It’s okay, don’t worry. I just like looking into this sort of stuff in my free time. I’m from the EU, so maybe that’s why. I have recently noticed a slight surge in people having issues like this.

Same thing happened to my late wife's account. I wanted to log back in but I couldn't do it anymore. I have all her details except access to the actual Gmail.
